Meet Cole, a fitness enthusiast and dedicated athlete who has been passionate about health and fitness for as long as he can remember. Cole's diverse background in Power Engineering and Real Estate provides him with valuable skills, knowledge, and perspectives that can enhance his abilities as a fitness coach. Growing up, Cole played a variety of sports and quickly realized the importance of maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. As he got older, Cole became increasingly interested in the science behind fitness and began studying exercise physiology and nutrition in depth. Since then he has helped countless individuals achieve their fitness goals.

Cole is dedicated to his own fitness journey as well, and can often be found in the gym pushing himself to new heights. He is an avid weightlifter and enjoys teaching new & experienced individuals more about their unique fitness and health goals. In addition to weightlifting, Cole is also passionate about functional fitness and incorporates a variety of cardio and bodyweight exercises into his training routine. He believes that a well-rounded fitness program is key to achieving optimal health and performance. Cole is passionate about sharing his knowledge and inspiring others to live their best, most active lives, and strives to empower others on their health and wellness journey.

Is this program suitable for beginners?

Our programs are tailored to accommodate all fitness levels, whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast. We provide comprehensive instruction on proper weightlifting techniques, effective HIIT workouts, and a sustainable nutrition plan that can be incorporated into your lifestyle long-term. Our goal is to equip you with the knowledge and skills to safely and effectively improve your fitness level and achieve lasting results.

It's an App?

Yes it's an App! Our app is a powerful tool that allows us to closely monitor your workouts and nutrition. Through the app, we can ensure that you're staying on track with the personalized program we've designed specifically for you. One of the key benefits of using the app is the built-in accountability it provides. It helps you stay committed to your goals by keeping you motivated and on target with your fitness and nutrition plan.

What do I do if I have questions or need help?

We strongly encourage our clients to reach out to us for any questions or assistance with our coaching services. We believe that as a paying client, it's important for you to take full advantage of the support we offer. If you're unsure about anything, don't hesitate to ask us. Additionally, if your schedule changes, please let us know so we can modify your program to ensure you achieve the best possible results. Can I still eat the foods I like?

Certainly! We offer a list of recommended foods and allow our clients to choose their favorites from this list. During a fat loss diet, we suggest avoiding highly palatable, less filling, and nutrient-poor foods that can leave you feeling hungrier and potentially trigger cravings. We believe that there are no "bad" foods, but some foods may be best avoided or consumed in moderation for optimal health, especially during a fat loss program. Our approach focuses on making informed choices to support your weight loss goals while prioritizing overall health and well-being.

I have injuries, Can I still join the program?

As long as your injuries are not severe and your doctor has given you clearance for exercise, we're ready to proceed.. We've had numerous clients with injuries and we've built their program's around that.

What equipment do I need to be the most successful?

You'll need a basic digital food scale that measures food to the nearest gram, as well as a simple bodyweight scale that allows you to weigh yourself. These tools will help you accurately measure your food intake and track your progress, allowing us to make necessary adjustments to your program as needed. They don't need to be fancy, just reliable and accurate for effective monitoring of your fitness journey.

What if I don't want a gym membership?

At Peak Performance Fitness, we prioritize adaptability to your resources and lifestyle. Whether you travel, have a tight schedule, or prefer not to go to a commercial gym, we can design a program based on what you have available. While gym memberships provide equipment variety, they are not necessary for fitness success. We can customize programs for clients with home gyms and also recommend modest investments in resistance bands, stability balls, or other apparatus to accelerate your progress.

What if I travel often?

Peak Performance Fitness Online Personal Training is perfect for travellers or those on vacation. We can create customized programs that include full-bodyweight workouts or utilize the equipment you have available. Our mobile app provides the same level of accountability, workout tracking, and coaching, allowing you to stay connected with your Forge coach no matter where you are in the world. You'll have guidance and motivation even if you're out of the country or on the move.

I work very unusual hours, Is this program for me?

Definitely! We understand that every client has a unique schedule and lifestyle. We are committed to creating a program that fits seamlessly into your schedule to help you achieve the best possible results. Whether you have a busy work routine, irregular hours, or other commitments, we will work closely with you to plan your program accordingly. Our goal is to provide you with a personalized approach that caters to your specific needs, so you can achieve your fitness goals without disrupting your daily routine.

How long does it take to get my program after I join?

We take pride in crafting customized programs for each individual client. As a result, it may take a few days to ensure that every detail of your program is carefully designed to meet your unique needs and goals. Our goal is to have all new client programs built, loaded, and reviewed within 1-3 days from enrollment. However, in some cases where clients have highly specific needs or conditions, it may take up to 2-4 days to fine-tune the program to perfection. We believe that the time and effort we invest in creating tailored programs for our clients is what sets us apart and ensures their success on their fitness journey.

How do I get started?

Click the "Get Started" at the very top of this website or at the very bottom. There will be a short 2-3 minute questionnaire which will help us better guide you what program would be the best for your fitness and health goals. After you submit the form we will normally be in contact with you within 24 hours but most the time it's much quicker than that.

Is there a free trial period?

At Peak Performance Fitness, we believe that free trials may not be the most effective platform for fostering a sustainable fitness lifestyle. In our experience, individuals seeking "free" or "trial" programs may not be fully committed to making lasting lifestyle changes. We take pride in the customized nature of each Forge program, as well as the expertise and experience of our coaching team.

Unlike static apps that generate template workouts, Peak Performance Fitness provides personalized coaching with live human interaction for all clients. This high level of service requires significant investment on our part and adds remarkable value in a market saturated with automation. Moreover, there are numerous online platforms and social media accounts that offer free templates and content as hooks to sell canned programs.

At Peak Performance Fitness, we have built our program from scratch with the goal of promoting long-term behaviour change, building strong relationships, and delivering results. We prioritize quality and individualized coaching to help our clients achieve lasting success on their fitness journey.
